William is more of a concept than a set character. I have played him in a tabletop RPG, where he came to Hungary
and was eventually whisked away by Queen Titania into the faerie realm to learn magic for seven years.
(That was awesome. And the game was set in the 20's - 30's to boot).
He also has a more fantasy side; in there, he's a summoner specializing in fire and light magic, so you
can dress him in fiery colors. He has a companion, a fire demon that wears the shape of a ~10-12 years
old little lolita cutie by the name of
Giselle.
There's a steampunk possibility for him, too - he can be pretty much anything there, and Giselle is a
clockwork automaton in that setting, custom built for Will by his dad. In this setting, the customary
Victorian attires will work but in more jewelish tones - vibrant blues, teals and reds.
If all else fails, he can work in the modern world too, though admittedly, he works bets when it's urban fantasy;
in that setting, he's an ancient linguist/mythologist rocking light academia style. Giselle might turn into a ghost or a human witch-child.
Also, yes, Will's a pedo. But he KNOWS it's an ugly thing and he doesn't want to hurt a child, ever.
That creates a bit of a conflict in him. But conflict builds character. (He is legitimately suffering
from Pedophilic Disorder. He's just good at not killing himself.)
