They can switch gender and I don't mind either a boy or a girl. They're sort of furry, too.

A lovely chimera, a mix between a human, a cat and a bird. And since they can change gender, he can be portrayed as a male or a female, too. S/he doesn't wear much clothes, just to cover, and which don't bother his wings. They're feathered, and iridescent – the darkest shadow is deep blue, and the brightest highlight is green. They wield an ornate golden long staff as a weapon, as tall as they are that is adorned with rubies. And, they have an ordinary housecat tail, too, grey with a white tip. Since their body is covered with gray and white fur. They also underwent a minor design change - the pointy elf ears are now repleaced by gray cat ears.

Tam and his sibs Ossian and Dreidru were engineered by a demon scientist who wanted to design a race of messengers. The project sorta failed, but the demon was actually pretty decent, so he let the cubs grow up then gifted them to people he knew. Tam ended up at a wizard and after he passed away, his son inherited the chimera. Unfortunately, the young master was killed and Tam fled.

The RPG I played him in landed him in a team of rather colorful individuals who eventually saved the world, and Tam ended up getting betrothed by no other than Mitty, the Water Dragon. So they're kinda stuck being a she. XD But needless to say, his story can be reset and start anew from the beginning.
