Chandra was based on a character I had in an MMORPG. She doesn't have a set role, she could do well as some sort of healer and/or magic user.
Her design is based on Hindu aesthetics, so aside the refs given, a sari is definitely an option, too. Pick the colors off the ref pic, mix and match them into new pleasant combos. =3 Chandra knows how to dress well. You can add jewelry, long/big earrings are love.
Her skin is darker than normal, her hair is dark blue, eyes are light blue. Boobs are average or slightly above it; hips can be wider.
