Elfée 'Mesmero' Monserrat

Elfée's still in development ATM, but here's what I have.
Originally concieved as a 'Beacon', he's now a Radiance genasi. His kind, among others, have one very prominent ability: they glow. Their entire bodies emit light (making them an excellent candidate for late night target practice, for example). They can't switch it off entirely, unless with some aid, and their light responds to the intensity of their emotions.
He's tall, about 6' and thin, slender - if he's a warrior type, he's all sinewy. His hair is white, skin is pale, and his eyes are a pale, slightly yellowish green.
He likes to dress in his own colors (white, beige, green shades); he's fond of frills and fluff, his favorite shirt has this incredibly wide sleeve with a tight wrist-cuff. He prefers tight pants, sashes and decorative belts that'd even pass as jewelry. Little to no actual jewelry, possibly rings and bangles. When he travels, he keeps a black hooded cloak at hand, along with a black scarf, to cover himself in the night.
Elfée's a rather decent, shy creature, modest and polite, kind and compassionate. Whatever his occupation is, he likes music. And he's actually afraid of the dark. ^^ He's fairly educated, and has the uncanny talent of flirting without meaning to, simply by honest compliments and attentive listening. He's also very curious and beauty draws him in like flowers attract bees.
Elfée is either a duelist, a spellcrafter or some entertainer - as the RP requires.
